The Boeger Lodge is a year-round facility with multiple modern conveniences just right for your next buisness meeting, seminar, or residential retreat. When you book a retreat at the Boeger Lodge, you will find:

- A large meeting room with a capacity for up to 100 people.

- Flexible meeting room arrangment both indoors and out.

- Modern AV presentation equipment.

- A comfortable lounge area with a relaxing fireplace.

- A commerical kitchen with catering and self-cooking options.

- On-site sleeping accommodations for up to 42 people.

Leadership Programs

The Boeger Leadership Center offers a variety of program options that are tailored to meet your students' needs. All programs focus on developing servant leaders in areas such as: decision making, communication, time management, team building, and goal setting. Servant leadership skills of awareness, foresight, listening, empathy, persuasion, conceptualization, stewardship, healing, growth of people and community building are emphasized through a variety of hands on lessons.

Program Options:

Day Programs: 4 to 6 hours offered at the Boeger Lodge or your location.

Residential Programs: 1 to 2 nights in length offered at the Boeger Lodge.

Leadership Academy: 1 or 2 semester program that includes over six hours of programming at your location, a residential retreat at the Boeger Lodge, development and implementation of at least one service project, and a celebration banquet upon program completion.
