We haven't posted in a while as our leader Dave Savone, Captain Dave, in addition to protecting the citizens and property of Hoffman Estates has become an accomplished gymnast after jumping through all of the hoops the state put in front of him. What kind of hoops? How many of you knew that to get a commercial kitchen approved for "construction" you have to provide a menu? However we now have the necessary permits to begin construction.
